Baby Brill in 3D at 30-Weeks & 4-Days

We had a 3D ultrasound today and it was really cool to see the baby moving around. He was a little sleepy, that's because he's totally nocturnal and enjoys keeping me up all night! It was a good time to go since Grandma Naomi (or Grandma Bajomi as Alana would say) was in town for Victor's 3rd birthday so she was able to be there! Grandma Marina, Titi Norys, Alana, Victor and of course Daddy was there too!

The little guy wasn't too active but he showed off his dimples and showed us his chubby cheeks and fuzzy head of hair. We also got a great picture of his cute little foot.

The OB estimated that he's about 3lbs 10oz which puts him at about 52% on the development scale for his age - overall a little bit bigger than Alana and more reason to deliver a couple of weeks early (hopefully). So fingers crossed that we have about 7-8 more weeks before we get to meet this bundle of cuteness, can't wait!! =)

The Perfect Ceiling Fan!

It's often the little things in life that get me super excited...in this case it's a ceiling fan! Jon and I went to Home Depot just to browse but we couldn't resist picking up this fan for the baby's room that is just PERFECT for the theme. Check it out!

24-Weeks - Third Trimester!!

I can't believe I'm entering the third trimester already...time seems to be flying!  So far this pregnancy has proven to be very different than my first. I've been having soreness in my arms/legs which the doctor said is due to muscle fatigue and I've been told to slow things down and not pick-up Alana anymore. =(  Also my appetite is still very iffy - sometimes it's hard to find something that sounds appetizing and it's really hard to keep my choices healthy - hopefully my prenatal vitamin will ensure that baby boy Brill has everything he needs! We Bought a House!

In preparation of the new baby Jon and I have been exploring our housing options and have decided to buy a  new house. Well, the bid we placed last night was approved this morning! It's only a few blocks from where we currently live - and in the right direction as I am now a few blocks closer to the mall and Santana Row! It's a nice house with 3-bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a huge backyard and a hot tub in the back! But the most important part is the extra bedroom which give us enough rooms for our growing family and I've already been planning in anticipation of decorating the baby's room.
